If you cannot hear the examiner, and the screen looks like the following image, the examiner has not yet started the interview. When he starts the interview, he will be able to hear and see him.

If you are on this page but cannot hear your own voice or that of the examiner, follow the steps below:
- Be sure to close any other programs that may be using the microphone, such as Skype, FaceTime, etc.
- Refresh the page. This will allow you to log back into the interview and make it easier to resolve potential connection, browser, or computer problems.
- Make sure the speakers are set to the correct default device. Check the settings: Sound and Speaker Settings (Windows) or Sound and Speaker Settings (Mac / Apple).
- Check the microphone settings to ensure it is working properly: Microphone settings (Windows) or microphone settings (Mac / Apple).
