If you cannot see the interviewer and your screen matches the following images, it means that the interviewer has not yet started the interview. You will not be able to see and hear them until the interview begins.

If you are on this page but cannot see yourself or the interviewer, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure to close any other programs that may be using the webcam, such as Skype, FaceTime, etc.
- Reorganize the page. This allows you to re-enter the interview and help resolve any minor issues that may be related to the connection, browser or computer.
- Check the webcam settings to make sure the webcam is working properly. Webcam settings (Windows) or Webcam settings (Mac/Apple).
- Restart the computer.
