To use a mobile device for interviews, please install the HireVue for Candidates app on your mobile device. We support most Android ( 5.0 or later ) and Apple ( 9 or later ) devices with a built-in front camera .
For an Apple device, please enter the App Store; for an Android device, please enter the Google Play store.

Search for HireVue . You may find multiple options, please download the application called HireVue for Candidates , which has this icon:
After installing the HireVue for Candidates app, open the email invitation on your device, and then click the practice or interview link . The HireVue for Candidates app should open and automatically fill in your interview code.
Then you will enter the interview setting process. We will provide interview tips, test your equipment, and provide options for you to answer practice questions or start an interview.

When answering the question, the following options will appear:
- Click the script button to re-read the question text. Click the arrow button to hide the question text.
- Click the camera button with a diagonal line to hide the video image. Press the camera button again to display the image.
- Click the red circle button to start recording the question.
- Click the red square button to stop recording the problem.
After the interview is complete, your recruiter will be notified. After that, the company you interviewed will contact you to complete the next steps.
