If you are interviewing on an Android or Apple smartphone or tablet, please make sure that the name of the app you downloaded is HireVue for Candidates.
Troubleshooting common problems
App store login or payment information is required

For Apple devices: If you do not know the login information of the App Store, please go to the Apple website and reset your login information: https://iforgot.apple.com/

For Android devices: If you don’t know the login information of the Google Play Store, please go to the Google Account Recovery website: https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/

The HireVue for Candidates app is available for free. However, the mobile device’s app store may still require you to enter payment information and complete your profile before downloading the app. The payment request is made by the app store of the device, not a message from HireVue
There is not enough storage space on the device
If you don’t have enough storage space on your device, please find some additional apps that can be deleted temporarily. After removing the extra apps, you can download the HireVue for Candidates app.
After completing the interview, you can download these additional apps again. If you do not want to choose this option, you will need to conduct an interview on another device.
Unsupported device

The device must have a built-in front camera.

For Apple devices: Support version 10 or later.

For Android devices: Support version 5.0 or later.

If your device’s operating system is older than the above version, you may encounter problems when downloading apps.

If your phone does not meet the above requirements, it is recommended that you conduct an interview on another device.
