Why did I get this report? What is it?
To help you get the most out of this process, we want to share some insights with you. We put together a report that describes your work-related competencies based on your responses. We hope this will help you learn about yourself and give you tips for development.
What does this mean about my application?
This report is one of the many things that will be considered as you are being evaluated. We wanted to provide these insights to you as a courtesy so you can get the most out of your application process. Receipt of this report does not indicate a decision has been made one way or another.
How did you get insights from my assessment?
We offer two types of assessments: game challenges and interview questions.
Games assess how you interact with and process information.
Interview questions assess how you communicate, the content of your message, the meaning in your message, and the emotion you express.
Once we have your responses, we use an algorithm to identify patterns that could lead to success in this role. Each of the algorithms we use is scientifically validated and designed to identify and remove bias.
How do I read my report?
Depending on the assessment you completed, there will be between 1-3 sections for the different types of insights: Working with People, Working Style, and Personality, and Working with Information. Click on the icons to see the insights connected with these sections. You can also use the arrows on the right and left to navigate between the sections. Each of the insights we gathered from your assessment will also be accompanied by developmental tips.
Who can I contact if I have questions about my interview?
Contact the company that you have interviewed for. If they have provided contact information, it will appear at the bottom of your report.
How do I access my report again?
Once your assessment has completed processing and your insights are calculated, you will receive an email with a hyperlink inviting you to view your Insights report. This link is the only way to access the report. Save this link. It will never expire so you can access it again.
Can I share my report?
If you would like to share your report, you can share the URL for your specific report. No one can access your specific report unless they have access to your specific URL. Only you and the company will be able to see the results unless you share them.
Can I print my report?
You can print the Insights report from your browser. Select “print” from the browser and follow the prompts. You will be able to print the section (e.g. the “Working with People” section) that is currently selected in your browser. You will have to select and print the different sections separately.
Using this same print dialog box, a PDF of the report can be created as well, by selecting "Open PDF in Preview."
Can I view my report on a phone and tablet?
You can view your Insights Report on your desktop or on a mobile device via the link in your email.
