If you'd been invited to self-schedule an interview on the HireVue platform, you should have received an invitation email including a link to schedule your interview, similar to the image below:
Q: Can I reschedule my interview?
A: The option to reschedule a self-scheduled interview may be available, depending on how your interview has been set up by the hiring company. If your interview time has not passed, you may be able to reschedule your original interview using the link you used to schedule your interview, which should be in your initial invitation email. We advise giving at least 24-hour notice prior to rescheduling an interview! If you do not see an option to reschedule your interview, please contact the hiring company directly for information about what options may be available.
Q: I can’t find any available time-slots.
A: If you have attempted to filter through a few weeks and are unable to find an available time slot, we recommend getting in touch with the hiring company directly, as they are responsible for determining scheduling availability. They may have included some contact information in your invitation email.
Q: My interviewer didn’t show up for my scheduled interview.
A: If your interview was not conducted as scheduled, we recommend getting in touch with the hiring company directly. They may have included some contact information in your invitation email.
If you were invited to a scheduled interview outside of the HireVue platform, you will need to get in touch with your recruiter. You may have been provided with some contact information in your invitation email, or on the website through which you applied.
