If your voice sounds distorted in the playback of a practice question, you may be having issues with your Audio Enhancements. This is a known issue on computers running Windows 10.
Please follow these steps to disable Audio Enhancements:
(Note: if this does not apply to you and you’re having trouble with distorted playback, try restarting your computer.)
1. Type Sound in your search option and select Sound Control panel.
2. In the Sound window that opens, right-click on the default device and select Properties. The default device will have a green checkmark on it.
3. In the Speaker Properties window, select the Enhancements tab. Check the box next to Disable all enhancements. Click OK to save your changes.
Please note: If you don't see the Enhancements tab, please try using headphones with a microphone or a different device.
4. After you have followed these steps, try another practice question.
