Finding a due date
In your invitation email, you will either have a recommended time frame or an exact due date. If you have an exact due date for the interview, it will be listed with the date, time, and timezone the interview will need to be completed by.

If your interview does not have an exact due date, we recommend you complete your interview at your earliest convenience. Please keep in mind, the sooner you complete your interview, the sooner you can be considered for the position.
If your due date has passed and you have not completed your interview, then your interview has expired. HireVue cannot extend the expiration date or issue a retake.
If you would like an extension on your interview due date, you will need to contact the company you applied to with this inquiry. Because HireVue only provides support for the interviewing platform, we do not have permission to make changes to the interview. The company you applied to can assist you with this issue.
