If you are reviewing your practice question and you don’t see your image, please follow these steps below:
- Make sure to close any other program that could be using your webcam like Skype, FaceTime, etc.
- Switch browsers. We support the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari version 9 or higher. We recommend using Google Chrome.
Please Note: OnDemand Interviews are no longer able to be completed on Internet Explorer due to Flash no longer being supported. OnDemand Interviews will need to be completed on one of our supported browsers (see above) or the HireVue App for Candidates.
- Check your webcam settings to ensure your webcam is working correctly. Check your Windows webcam settings or Apple webcam settings.
- Restart your computer.
