Who reviews my interview?
Every company has a unique process for evaluating candidates. While HireVue provides the "digital stage" for your interview, we aren't involved in the evaluation or hiring decisions.
The moment you finish your interview:
We automatically notify the recruiter for the position.
The hiring team receives a link to your responses.
Their internal team reviews your interview based on their specific criteria.
When will I hear back?
Since each company has its own hiring timeline, there isn't a one-size-fits-all answer. Once the recruiter is notified that your interview is complete, they will determine the next steps. They will reach out to you directly according to their own schedule.
How can I get an update?
If you're looking for a status update or have specific questions about the role, we recommend checking these two places:
Your Invitation Email: Often, the recruiting team includes contact information or specific instructions for follow-up right in the initial invite.
The Company Career Site: You can usually find a "Contact Us" or "FAQ" section on the site where you originally applied.
