You’ve completed your video interview, great job! You may be wondering ‘who will review my interview?’ or ‘when will I hear back?’.
Every hiring company/recruiting team has their own process of how they prefer to review and evaluate their candidate interviews. HireVue provides the software companies use for their interviewing, however, we are not actually involved in the evaluation process. In short; as soon as you complete your interview with HireVue, we send a notification to the recruiter for the position you applied for, letting them know that you’ve completed your HireVue interview. Once they receive the notification, the recruiter will determine when and how they’d like to move forward and will follow up with you accordingly.
