If the webcam fails the device test or you cannot see yourself, please close any other programs that may be using the webcam, such as Skype. In addition, please make sure you are in a well-lit room.
Please follow the steps below to check the webcam settings:
1. Press and hold the Windows key and R key on the keyboard at the same time .
2. In the opened box, enter devmgmt.msc , and then select OK .
3. In the opened window, double-click the video device .
4. Right-click the camera and select Disable .
Note: If the camera option does not appear, it means that your computer does not have a webcam installed.
5. In the window that opens, select Yes .
6. Restart the computer.
7. Follow steps 1 to 3 again to access the webcam in the video device .
8. Right-click the camera and select Enable . Then proceed to other practice questions.
9. If the problem with the webcam still exists, please restart the computer and perform other practice problems.
