The invitation email mentions a recommended deadline or an exact deadline. If you have an exact due date for the maintenance, it will be mentioned with the date, time and time zone for which the maintenance should have been performed.

If you do not have an exact due date for the interview, we recommend that you complete it as soon as possible. Remember, the earlier you pass your interview, the sooner you may be considered for the job.
Expired interviews
If your due date has passed and you have not taken the interview, you will no longer be able to take the interview. HireVue cannot extend the expiration date or authorize a new interview.
Extension of maintenance times
If you wish to benefit from an extension of the due date for your interview, you must contact the company to which you have applied to make the request. HireVue acts as a third party company; we are not authorized to make maintenance changes. The company you applied to can help you resolve the issue.
