Why did I receive this report? What is it?
In order for you to get the most out of this process, we want to share some results with you. We have compiled a report that describes your work-related skills based on your answers. We hope it helps you get to know yourself better and gives you tips on development areas.
What does this mean for my application?
This report is one of many aspects that will be considered when we evaluate your application. We wanted to give you this information for your own sake, so that you get the most out of the application process. The fact that you receive this report does not mean that a decision has been made in one direction or another.
How did you come up with these results?
We offer two different types of assessments: gaming challenges and interview questions.
The games show how to interact with and manage information.
The interview questions show how you communicate, the content of what you say, the meaning of what you say and the feelings you express.
Once we have received your answers, we use an algorithm to identify patterns that may be beneficial in this role. All algorithms we use are scientifically tested and designed to identify and eliminate bias.
How do I read the report?
Depending on the assessment you have made, there are 1-3 sections for each type of insight: Working with people, Style, Personality and Working with information. Click on the icons to see the insights linked to these sections. You can also use the arrows to the right and left to navigate between sections. Each insight from your assessment is accompanied by development tips.
Who can I contact if I have questions about my interview?
Contact the company you were interviewed for. If they have provided contact information, these are displayed at the bottom of the report.
How do I access the report later?
When the assessment has been completed and your results have been calculated, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the Insights report. This link is the only way for you to access the report. Save the link It will never be invalid, so you still have access to the report.
Can I forward the report?
If you want to forward the report to someone, you can save the URL to it. No one will access your report without the specific URL. Only you and the company can see the results if you do not share them.
Can I print the report?
You can print the Insights report from your browser. Select "print" in the browser and follow the instructions. The section (eg "Working with people") that is active in the browser is printed. Each section must be selected and printed separately.
In the print dialog box, you can also create a PDF file by selecting "Open PDF in preview".
Can I read my report on a phone or tablet?
You can open the Insights report on a computer or mobile device via the link in the report email.
