Find the expiration date
In the e-mail invitation, there is either a specified time frame or an exact deadline. If you have an exact last date for the interview, the date and time of the interview must be completed, as well as the current time zone.

If the interview does not have an exact deadline, we recommend that you complete the interview as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the earlier you conduct the interview, the sooner you will be eligible for a position.
Interviews where the expiration date has expired
If the deadline has already fallen and you have not had time to complete the interview, it is unfortunately too late. HireVue has no option to move a deadline or restart the process.
Extension of interview
If you want to extend the deadline for an interview, contact the company you are applying to. As HireVue only provides support for the interview platform, we are not authorized to make changes to the interview. The company you are applying to can help you with that.
