If this error occurs during the interview, you must first make sure that no other open applications are using the camera or microphone, such as Skype, FaceTime, and WebEx.
If the problem persists after closing other running programs, please follow the troubleshooting steps for Windows computers:
1. Press and hold the Windows key and R key on the keyboard at the same time .
2. In the opened box, enter devmgmt.msc , and then select OK .
3. In the opened window, double-click the video device .
4. Right-click the camera and select Disable .
Note: If the camera option does not appear, it means that your computer does not have a webcam installed.
5. In the window that opens, select Yes .
6. Restart the computer.
7. Follow steps 1 to 3 again to access the webcam in the video device .
8. Right-click the camera and select Enable . Then try the interview again.
