If you’re taking your interview on an Android or Apple smartphone or tablet, check that you downloaded the app called HireVue for Candidates.
Troubleshooting common issues
App store login or payment info is required

For Apple devices:If you do not know your login information for the App store, go to Apple's website to reset your login information: https://iforgot.apple.com/

For Android devices: If you do not know your login information for the Google Play store, go to the Google Accounts recovery website: https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/

The HireVue for Candidates app is free. Your mobile device’s app store may require you to fill out payment information to complete your profile before you can download apps. The payment requirement is for your device’s app store, it is not a message coming from HireVue
Not enough storage on your device
If you do not have enough storage on your device, find some extra apps you can temporarily delete. After you remove the extra apps, you can download the HireVue for Candidates app.
Once you have completed your interview, you can download the extra apps again. If you do not feel comfortable with this option, you will need to take the interview on a different device.
Unsupported device

Your device needs to have a front-facing camera.

For Apple devices: We support version 10 or higher.

For Android devices: We support version 5.0 or higher.

If your device’s operating system is older than the above versions, you will likely encounter issues downloading the app.

If your phone does not meet the above requirements, we recommend taking your interview on a different device.
